Congenital pulmonary lymphangiectasis associated with pleural effusions.

    Abstract

    We report a case of congenital pulmonary lymphangiectasis in which pleural effusions were shown antemortem by thoracentesis. We suggest that disordered lymphatic drainage led to the production of the effusions.
