Lessons from demographic and health surveys on child health and the sustainable development goals: Call for papers

Launched in 2015, the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals included a number of health, educational, environmental, rights and economic targets, all of which directly and indirectly influence child health. ADC is looking to publish the experience of people in addressing the SDG targets, using targeted analyses of national-level representative data such as Demographic and Health Surveys, and by exploring changes at ground level through experiences from the field. We are interested in Viewpoint pieces (1,200 words, 5 references, one figure or table) from paediatricians in low and middle-income countries, describing their initiatives, experience, challenges and progress in addressing child health and the SDGs at a local and regional level, and articles describing national progress using DHS data.
