| 1. | Advise the parents to take the matter up with the headteacher and offer support |

| 4. | If a particular school seems to be not tackling bullying, discuss this with other professionals involved in the school, e.g. educational psychologist, educational welfare officer |
| 5. | Provide input to the local education authority on training in anti-bullying practice and the development of anti-bullying policies |
