Medical history was unremarkable excepting for active atopic dermatitis. The lesion was reported to be present since birth and had been growing in size, without any changes in aspect. Histological examination of the skin biopsy showed a non-specific perivascular mild inflammatory infiltrate on papillary dermis (figure 2).Figure 1 Large brown-coloured, atrophic plaque … ER -
