The Archivist is currently working in an environment where there is a high prevalence of methicillin resistant Staphlococcus aureus (MRSA) skin and soft tissue infections. Management of this remains a major challenge to the paediatric and adult antibiotic stewardship world. When we identify this infection what should we do?
