Fibrous dysplasia causing safeguarding concerns

An 11-month-old boy presented with a swollen right arm. His mother was carrying him when she fell down the stairs. The child was not hurt but a new swelling was noticed.
He was taken to the emergency department the next day. Concerns were raised regarding safeguarding due to the late presentation of the injury.
