Chilblains are tender, inflammatory skin lesions localized on the extremities and induced by exposition to cold. It is considered as a frequent and benign disease that can occur during childhood. Nevertheless, there is limited data on childhood chilblains. In this retrospective series, we report here the clinical and evolutive features of 10 affected children seen in the Dermatology Department of Toulouse between 2004 and 2009. A standardised questionnaire was filled for each patient by the same clinician (IG-G).
