    Streptococcal pharyngitis

    Dear Editor,

    We have read the paper evaluating WHO clinical decision rule for streptococcal Pharyngitis.[1] One of the questions is that patients were included with signs of viral respiratory infection (rhinorrhea and cough). Those signs are exclusion criteria for streptococcal pharyngitis.[2]

    The other question is that the authors did not discriminate which clinical signs were more correlated with streptococ...
