I read with interest the recent article by Trifa et al.[1] and appreciate their efforts to highlight an unusual complication-haemolytic anaemia-related to intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) therapy in Guillain- Barre syndrome (GBS). However, I have some concerns regarding the dose of IVIG used.
