A 5-week old baby boy presented to accident and emergency with a soft leftsided submandibular swelling and intermittent stridor (figure 1). He was born at 39+1 via induction for reduced fetal movements, but had normal antenatal scans. Observations and blood tests were normal. Investigations included ultrasound, MRI and incisional biopsy.
