Eyebrow rashes and discolouration of ears: beware of the wolf

    A 14-year-old girl presented with a 6-month history of rashes involving her ears and eyebrows. She did not have any past significant medical or family history. On examination she had hyperkeratotic scaly lesions on both her eyebrows and alopecia (figure 1A), hyperpigmented plaques in the conchae of her ears bilaterally (figure 1B). Examination of oral cavity revealed painless ulcers on her hard palate (figure 2A).
