Infrared thermography in paediatric complex regional pain syndrome

A 12-year-old girl presented with a 9-month history of pain in the right leg which began after a minor trauma on the right knee. She was not weightbearing and using a wheelchair. Oedema and purplish colour of skin over the right leg and foot (figure 1A) with allodynia and decreased range of motion of knee and ankle were present.
