Abstract
The analysis of primary disability 112 children in Syktyvkar city children’s polyclinic 3 in 2011–2015.
Primary disability standard for city children’s clinic of regional centre of subarctic territory includes the analysis of absolute indicators, rank place of each class of diseases, proportion in the overall structure and the coefficient of frequency over the five years per 10 000 population of children.
Primary disability determined annually by 22.40 children. In the first rank place diseases of the nervous system (6.80); second – congenital abnormalities, chromosomal abnormalities (6.60); third – neoplasms (2.40); fourth – diseases of the endocrine, nutritional and metabolic diseases (2,20); fifth – diseases of the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue (1.40). The sixth thirteenth locations: the blood and immune system diseases (0.80); diseases of the eye and adnexa (0.80); injury, poisoning and other external environment (0.40); infectious and parasitic diseases (0.20); Diseases of the ear and adnexa (0.20); diseases of the circulatory system (0.20); digestive diseases (0.20); diseases of the genitourinary system (0.20).
Absolute increase in newly diagnosed children with disabilities each year is 4.5 man with a growth increment of+30.26% and a growth rate of 130.26%.
Frequency ratio of the primary output of children disability annually grows by 2.36 units with a growth rate of+26.66% and a growth rate of 126.66%.
Frequency of primary disability due to diseases of the nervous system 4.57±1.50 (p<0.001) and congenital abnormalities, chromosomal abnormalities 4.43±1.48 (p<0.001) determined in 3.1–2.8 times more likely than neoplasms 1.61±1.01 (p=1.594) and diseases of the endocrine, nutritional and metabolic disorders 1.48±0.97 (p=1.525).
Dates re-examination in the primary definition of disability for children displaced in the direction of the annual re-examination: repeated inspection was appointed after 1 year 78.57%±8.87% (p<0.001) of patients after 2 years – 15.18%±7.76% (p=1,956), after 3 years – 0.89% (p=0.450) and after 5 years – 5.36% (p=1.126).
