Normal pubertal response LH peak after 100 μg of GnRH: for girls, >15 IU/l radioimmunoassay, > 7.0 IU/L immunofluorometric assay; for boys, > 25.5 IU/l radioimmunoassay , > 8.4 IU/l immunofluoremetric assay.
Testosterone (ng/dl): prepubertal levels < 30 ng/dl (radioimmunoassay).
