T1 Indomethacin responsive hypercalcaemia associated with a renal sarcoma.

AB An infant presented with a non-metastatic renal spindle cell sarcoma and hypercalcaemia, which resolved after treatment with indomethacin. There was in vivo and in vitro evidence that hypercalcaemia was mediated by circulatory prostaglandins.
