A 2-year-old boy presented with a 3-month history of recurrent facial cysts (figure 1). These varied in size and severity, were fluctuant, non-tender and some spontaneously discharged. There was no clinical evidence of androgen excess and this was not further investigated. He was afebrile and well apart from a background of eczema and non-immunoglobulin E (IgE) cow milk intolerance. …
