A male child, born at full term by normal vaginal delivery weighing 3.1 kilograms, was referred for investigation of faltering growth at age 6 months. His weight was on the 0.4th centile. His parents reported intermittent watering of his right eye from the age of 2 months. His physical examination and routine investigations were reported as normal. …
