Juvenile dermatomyositis with tongue calcinosis and poor growth

A 9-year-old boy presented with an 18-month history of faltering growth, recurrent respiratory tract infections, persistent ‘apthous’ ulcer on his tongue and ‘warts’ on his fingertips and soles.
