    Whilst I am pleased to see that Drs Khashu and Balasubramaniam have agreed to retract their previous statement that “Weak evidence suggests an increased risk of necrotising enterocolitis with the use of Gelofusine in neonates”, it is clear from the second paragraph of Dr Khashu’s letter1 that they still have not grasped the point of logic that Dr Evans and I have separately tried to get across. …
