Abstract

In 363 Thai children, vesicoureteral reflux was detected in 22.8% (17.1% - 28.5%) when voiding cystouretrogram was performed within 7 days (n = 215) and 24.3% (17.4% - 31.2%) when performed after 7 days (n = 148) of urinary tract infection diagnosis. There was no statistically significant difference in reflux prevalence between these two groups.
