We present an auditable protocol for attention
deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) or hyperkinetic disorder. The
protocol is derived from standard recommendations and evidence, and is intended for outpatient medical clinic practice in secondary care. Suggested side effect rating scales are included.
